Special Programs:

Kids Cook To Care

Kids Cook To Care is a program that brings together celebrity chefs and children to prepare and serve multicultural meals at community centers.  To date, we have enjoyed a delicious Lebanese meal prepared by chef Simon Kattar of A la Carte Kitchens, and a gourmet Italian meal of fish prepared by chef Joey Bersani of Cantine Restaurant.  Our next event will be held in September.  Please refer back to our calendar for more details to come!

Kids Cook To Care  Kids is the brainchild of two mothers, Julie Levin, a caterer from Tokyo, and Jill Lewis, a publicist, who with her children prepared meals at a Homeless Shelter in New York City. They came up with the idea of Kids Cook To Care while musing over the lack of volunteer opportunities for children.  For more information, please email .

Trips occasionally occur during the year and in the past have included visits to the beach, Archery, Ultimate Frisbee, Skiing, Horseback Riding and more.
