The Housing Support Program provides assistance in many areas:

• intake and needs assessment
• landlord outreach
• assistance with moving
• stabilization
• eviction prevention
• advocacy/referral

For the past three years, the housing program has assisted over 200 individuals to secure housing as well as connecting with other relevant services in the community.
