For over a decade CONC has been a pioneer in the city of Toronto empowering young graffiti artists through community murals on the streets of the Bloorcourt Village. Renowned artists and writers such as Jafar, Danillo, Cortez and Globe have worked through the Graffiti Arts program in past years.
The program is dedicated to dispelling negative myths about street art, providing legal and safe opportunities for young up-and-coming artists, and beautifying vandalized walls in the community.
