LOFT LOFT Kitchen
The LOFT Kitchen is the heart of the centre, providing a gathering place for the community and a hub for aspiring social entrepreneurs. Serving healthy and delicious food and drinks, the cafe emphasizes the importance of local food.
The LOFT Kitchen will also be home to a boutique, selling Under The Radar designs and Sound Studio releases, as well as an art gallery. Through events, meetings and livestreaming from social enterprises around the globe, the LOFT Kitchen will have an atmosphere of collaboration. With this range of activities housed in the LOFT Kitchen, a multitude of training and employment opportunities for youth are available; food preparation, customer service, art curation, marketing and event planning will be handled by youth employees at the LOFT YCSEI, helping those facing employment barriers to gain valuable, marketable skills.
