Thanks to awesome work of Pramilla Ramdahani, Lynn Daly and the LOFT staff, we have been awarded a grant from the Youth Partnerships Unit, Entrepreneurship Branch, Ministry of Development and Trade to implement the Youth Innovation Centre Visual Arts Studio.

This grant will enable young artists and visionaries to collaborate to produce high quality murals, tshirts and other visual arts projects (including canvas paintings, art shows and graphic design projects) as a social enterprise at the Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre.

The mural paintings will be a collaborative effort with our Graffiti Arts program and the LOFT will introduce Unda the Rada as its new clothing line.

With this new funding, the LOFT has hired a graduate of the YSI program, Visual Artist Logan Miller, to take a leadership role in engaging more youth in the design of LOFT-inspired clothing.
